Application
Soffit Linerboard is used for the thermal and acoustic insulation of soffits in a wide range of both residential and non-residential buildings. The glass mineral
wool element of Soffit Linerboard is non-combustible which makes it ideal for the underlining of car parks and garages. Soffit Linerboard is available in
various facing materials all of which are suitable for applications where it will be installed in exposed or semi-exposed environments.

Alternate facings are available as a bespoke product upon request and subject to a minimum order quantity.

Soffit Linerboards are manufactured in accordance with BS EN 13162, OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, ISO
14001 Environmental Management Systems, and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, as certified by Bureau Veritas.
Certification
Soffit Linerboards are certified under DCL Product Conformity, EUCEB for conformity of fibres produced with the requirements of Note Q of the
Regulation (EC) No 1272.2008 of EP and EC, EUROFINS Indoor Air Quality Gold, SASO Product Conformity.
Durability
Soffit Linerboards are odourless, rot proof, non-hygroscopic, do not sustain vermin and will not encourage the growth of fungi, mould or bacteria.
Environmental
Soffit Linerboards represent no known threat to the environment and has zero Ozone Depletion Potential and zero Global Warming Potential.
Water Vapor Permeance
FS faced Soffit Liner Board have a maximum water vapor permeance of 0.02 perms as per ASTM E96, Procedure A.
Vapour resistivity
Soffit Linerboards offer negligible resistance to the passage of water vapour. The glass mineral wool element to all variants having a water vapour resistivity
of 5.00MNs/g.m.
Handling and storage
Soffit Linerboards are easy to handle and install, and easily cut to size where necessary. They are supplied in polythene wrap which is designed for short
term protection only. For longer term protection on site, the product should either be stored indoors, or under cover and off the ground. Soffit Linerboards
should not be left permanently exposed to the elements.
