Description Polyflex is a two part acrylic modified cementitious coating for protecting concrete structures against water, vapor, ingress of chloride ions, attacks of acidic gases and alkalis. It cures to form a tough flexible coating having excellent waterproofing properties. Polyflex is a blend of cement, selected fillers, polymers and graded silica sand which is in the powder form. The liquid contains acrylic co-polymers and wetting agents. Description Polyshield DPC is a polymer modified bitumen Damp Proof Membrane laminated on to a multi layer high density high tensile polyethylene film. Field Of Applications Polyshield DPC is used as a damp proof membrane to provide a barrier to the passage of moisture or water from the exterior to the interior or from the ground to the structure. Polyshield DPC should be installed as per normal building practice as detailed in BS 5628 Part 3 and in accordance with the manufacturers recommendation.
